Open Axiora in Safari
Open the Safari app and go to axiora-vf2p.netlify.app. If you tapped a link in another app, choose Open in Safari first.
Chrome on iPhone works too, using its Share button.
Tap Share
On newer iPhones, tap ⋯ next to the address bar, then Share.
On older versions, the Share button is in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
Swipe up on the list of actions below the apps and contacts. You'll find Add to Home Screen under Copy and Add Bookmark.
Don't see it? Scroll to the very bottom, tap Edit Actions, and tap the green + next to Add to Home Screen.
Open Axiora from your home screen and sign in
Tap Add, then open the new Axiora icon. Always use this icon rather than Safari, because iPhone only sends alerts to apps opened from the home screen.
Turn on alerts
Tap More, then Settings. Under Alerts on this device, tap Turn on alerts and choose Allow. Then tap Send a test alert to check it works.
Set up Face ID for approvals
On the same Settings page, under Face ID and passkeys, tap Set up Face ID on this device and follow the prompt. Admins can then switch on Require a passkey check to approve agent actions.
Open Axiora in Chrome
Open Chrome and go to axiora-vf2p.netlify.app. Samsung Internet and Edge also work.
Install the app
Tap Install if a banner appears. Otherwise tap ⋮ at the top right and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
Open Axiora and sign in
Open Axiora from your home screen or app drawer.
Turn on alerts
Tap More → Settings → Turn on alerts, and choose Allow. Then send a test alert.
Set up your fingerprint for approvals
Under Face ID and passkeys, tap Set up fingerprint on this device. Your phone may ask which Google account or password manager should save the passkey.
Chrome or Edge on Windows and Mac
Open the console, then click the install icon at the right end of the address bar and choose Install. Axiora opens in its own window.
Safari on Mac
With the console open, choose File → Add to Dock (macOS Sonoma or later).
Turn on alerts and passkeys
Go to Settings. Turn on alerts for this computer, and set up Touch ID or Windows Hello under Face ID and passkeys.
Installing on your phone?
Point your phone's camera at this code to open this guide there.
Something not working?
I can't find “Add to Home Screen” on my iPhone
- Make sure you're in Safari, not inside WhatsApp, Gmail or another app's built-in browser.
- In the Share sheet, swipe up on the list of actions. It's below Copy and Add Bookmark.
- Still missing? Scroll to the bottom, tap Edit Actions, and add it.
I don't get alerts
- On iPhone, alerts need iOS 16.4 or later (Settings → General → About) and Axiora opened from the home-screen icon.
- Check Settings → Notifications → Axiora on your phone, and that a Focus mode isn't silencing it.
- In Axiora, go to Settings, turn alerts off and on again, then send a test alert.
- Alerts are sent for approval requests and for incidents at or above the severity your admin chose.
The Face ID or fingerprint option doesn't appear
- Your device needs Face ID, Touch ID, a fingerprint sensor or Windows Hello switched on, with a screen lock set.
- On iPhone, iCloud Keychain should be on (Settings → your name → iCloud → Passwords and Keychain).
- Set it up on each device you approve from. Each one gets its own passkey.
Is the home-screen app as secure as an App Store app?
Yes. It runs over HTTPS like online banking, keeps no data on the phone beyond your sign-in, and approvals checked with a passkey are verified by Axiora's servers before they take effect.
